HICAPS – fast claims… on the spot

On the spot processing is available through HICAPS for most health funds, so you only need to pay the gap. You can pay the gap payment via:

Full payment is required at the time of consultation.

Veteran’s Affairs

Veteran Affairs require a gold card or a white card for specific conditions plus a referral from their G.P.

WorkCover

WorkCover claims are billed directly to WorkCover. We require a copy of the paperwork for our files.

Compulsory Third Party / Motor Vehicle Accident Claims

Compulsory Third Party claims are billed directly to the insurer after the claim has been accepted.

Medicare

Patients with complex and chronic conditions may be covered by Medicare for up to 5 consultations in a calendar year. Patients must be referred by their GP and have an Enhanced Primary Care Plan to be brought to the initial consultation.
