Offering a designated child and adolescent area with interactive activities including tunnels, games and obstacle courses.
Along with 1:1 Pilates for rehabilitation and a full body workout!

Physio 4 Life is a hands on physiotherapy service with eight locations in Adelaide, South Australia. We aim to provide the best physiotherapy services via the use of the latest techniques and equipment, innovative ideas and evidence based therapy.
No matter what pain or condition you present with, our physiotherapists will take time to thoroughly assess and understand your ailment before implementing a tailored treatment regime.
The goal at Physio 4 Life is to have our patients enjoy a high quality of life by minimizing the frustrations of aches and pains in the shortest period of time.

Physio 4 Life are committed to keeping our clients and staff healthy and safe and out of quarantine! In order to achieve this, we are following the new SA Health guidelines for community health care settings to maintain a ‘low risk’ status.
All staff employed by Physio 4 Life are vaccinated against Covid-19.
